New health benefit for SPAWN Members!

The SPAWN Health Plan is the affordable alternative to expensive health insurance.

This Plan is not insurance. It is a discount supplemental health benefits program.

Option 1: Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, and Prescription

Dental:
Discounts with listed dentists, including specialists and orthodontics
Vision:
Save up to 30% on eye exams, 20-60% on frames and lenses, up to 60% on contact lenses.
Chiropractic:
Save 30% on treatments, 50% on diagnostics and x-rays.
Prescription:
Save 25- 50% on prescription drugs.
Cost:
$11.95/mo for individual, $19.95/mo for an entire household-related or not.

Option 2: Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, and Prescription

Medical:
Save up to 80% on physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services
Dental:
Discounts with listed dentists, including specialists and orthodontics
Vision:
Save up to 30% on eye exams, 20-60% on frames and lenses, up to 60% on contact lenses.

Prescription:

Cost:
$49.95/mo for individual, $59.95/mo for an entire household-related or not.

All pre-existing conditions are covered; no claim forms; no waiting period; no age limit; no deductible; cosmetic dentistry included; whitening; bonding; implants; Lasik surgery included; massages included; no limit on number of visits; back adjustments and many more services. Membership fee guaranteed for 2 years.  

The benefits are not insurance.
You must use a Plan provider and pay the discounted fee at the time of service.
