Terryl Shouba
Marsh House Books
Terryl is an advocate for mental health. Since 2005, she has written and spoken out about the power of therapy to change someone’s life. Her book, “Conversations About Therapy: People Tell Their Stories,” squarely faces the stigma of emotional distress in its countless forms, and its stories embody a strong endorsement of what can happen in the quiet space between client and therapist. She lives in Illinois with her husband.
